So easy to make and store in the fridge to quickly add on a steak, tossed with green veg, melted in the pan before scrambling eggs or gifted to a good friend
Ingredients
Butter
Garlic
Herbs
Chilli
Salt
Method
Soften butter to room temperature
Mash butter with a fork, mixing in desired flavouring combination
Spread onto baking paper and wrap and roll into a sausage, twisting the ends
Place in the fridge, ready to be sliced and used as desired
Great combinations
Mix around 80-100 grams of butter with:
4-6 cloves of garlic
4-6 cloves of garlic, 1.5 tablespoons dried herbs
4-6 cloves of garlic, 1 table spoon minced chilli
4-6 cloves of garlic, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese & 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs
2-4 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon each of smoked paprika, cumin, coriander and 1/2 teaspoon ground fennel seeds (Great with tomatoes and eggs)
